At Unfade, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.

Missing Item Policy 

If any item is missing from your package, please email us at support@unfades.com with your order details.
 
To process a missing item request, you must provide a complete unboxing video that:
Starts before the package is opened
Clearly shows the sealed package
Shows all items received in the package
 
Once we verify the unboxing video, we will ship the missing item to you as soon as possible.
 
Important Notes :
Refunds are not provided for missing items.
If the missing item is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value as an exchange.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
 

Exchange Policy 

Exchanges are only accepted if you receive a wrong item or a defective item. To request an exchange, you must provide a complete unboxing video starting from the unopened package and clearly showing all items received. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement with the correct item at the earliest. Exchanges will not be accepted for any other reason.
